Special Metals Welding Products Company is seeking a candidate for a position of Technical/

Commercial Advisor to China & Sr. Welding Engineer at its Newton, NC facility. Candidates

must have Masters Degree in Welding, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering and at least 7

years of experience in any of these fields. Must communicate fluently in Mandarin language;

have nuclear industry experience; and experience with materials testing and metallurgical

analysis; Submerged Arc welding, Manual and Automated TG Welding, Stick and Mig Welding.

Job duties include: interpreting testing results; providing technical input on quotations;

negotiating directly with Chinese technical community regarding non-critical requirements;
